OSAGE, LLC ANNOUNCES NEW ACQUISITION

March 25, 2011

(Tulsa, Okla., March 25) – Osage, LLC today announced a 70 percent majority asset purchase ($2.64 million) of American Video & Security (AVS). The company, which was founded in 2002, is located in Black Creek, Wisconsin. It provides full service security/surveillance, audio-visual, and low voltage data services to gaming, commercial, governmental, and residential customers across the United States. The company also provides product distribution (equipment only sales) to the same customers. Plans are to open a satellite office in Osage County in the near future.

According to Osage, LLC’s Chief Executive Officer Carol Leese, AVS met all of the company’s acquisition protocols, including: a history of success, profitability, and the potential to create jobs in Osage County.

The acquisition of AVS also represents a great opportunity for Osage, LLC to use its minority Native American status to move into the government contracting arena – and create even more jobs for the Osage people,” says Leese.

This is Osage, LLC’s first carefully articulated step to becoming a technology powerhouse,” says Leese. “This company is one of several future acquisitions that we plan to make in the technology realm.”

Osage, LLC was established in 2008 by the Osage Nation Congress to manage the Nation’s business activities separate from the tribal government. For more information about Osage, LLC, visit www.osagellc.com. The company is located at 302 South Cheyenne, Suite 112, Tulsa. (918) 582-5633.
