Tulsa, Okla., Feb. 8 – Osage, LLC, is pleased to announce that the company, through its subsidiary Osage West, LLC, is moving forward with several strategic business opportunities with the City of Peoria, Arizona.

It was through an initial introduction to the Peoria area by Norman, Oklahoma-based Red Eagle Feather Distributing, LLC, a consultant to Osage, LLC, that a partnership with a local Arizona company, Oceans West, LLC, was developed. From that partnership Osage, LLC, developed Osage West, LLC.

“Osage, LLC is an entity formed by the Osage Nation,” said Osage, LLC Chief Executive Officer Carol Leese. “The strategic partnership that we have formed as Osage West, LLC, will bring together a number of new opportunities for design, construction, and financing that will greatly benefit the LLC, Osage Nation, and Osage shareholders well into the future.”

One of the new Peoria projects is an exclusive negotiating agreement for a 17-acre Peoria sports complex parking lot. The project is an approximately $100 million construction deal for Osage Manhattan Builders with correlating work for Osage Pinnacle Design Group. The 17-acre development will be comprised of three multi-level parking structures and a multi-use development of retail, residential, commercial, restaurants, and a hotel. Osage Manhattan Builders also will have the opportunity to refurbish the Seattle Mariners spring training baseball stadium and clubhouses.

The City of Peoria also is interested in working with Osage West, LLC to develop a 2000-acre airport/airpark. While Osage, LLC will feel the financial benefit from these construction opportunities in the very near future, the airport/airpark development is in very early negotiation stages with the State of Arizona and many terms and deal points have yet to be discussed. Any potential real estate developments with the City of Peoria are contingent upon favorable terms for Osage, LLC.

“We are extremely proud that it was Osage, LLC’s strategic construction and financial partnerships that gave the City of Peoria confidence to award exclusive negotiating agreements to this newly formed partnership,” said Leese.

“Red Eagle Feather’s negotiations on behalf of Osage, LLC arranged for Osage Contracting, LLC, a subsidiary of Osage, LLC, to be majority owner of the Arizona business with little to no actual cash transaction,” said Leese. “What Osage, LLC  brings to the table is a successful track record of business enterprising and its business partners, namely Osage Manhattan Builders and Osage Pinnacle Design Group.”

“The real estate development opportunities in Arizona are yet another way that Osage, LLC is diversifying its business prospects and expanding the awareness and reach of the Osage Nation, as a whole,” said Leese.
