Nancy Trumbly Benthien

Nancy has decades of experience in the technology and the oil and gas industries, having worked for Marathon Oil, Landmark Graphics, and Halliburton. She currently serves as president and managing partner at Culture Innovations, a management consulting firm that works with organizations to shape their company culture by investing in their people through leadership and team coaching.

Her experience in industry and organizational development will be a great benefit as we build capability and leadership in the various enterprises under the Osage LLC umbrella.

Nancy earned a master’s degree in geology from the University of Oklahoma, and graduate-level certification in professional coaching from Columbia University. She lives in Evergreen, Colorado, with her husband, Ross, a retired geologist from British Petroleum. They have two adult children.

Nancy is an enrolled member of the Osage tribe and a descendant of original Osage allottees.
