Russell Goff

Russell has 30 years of experience as a federal contractor and program manager in the areas of environmental compliance and remediation, as well as information technology services. He has extensive program-management experience in leading disadvantaged 8(a) small business operations and USACE IDIQ contracts.

Russell holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Emory University and a master’s degree in environmental systems engineering from Clemson University.
